Welcome to the Best Little Oar House in Texas. With the best views in the community, you will be in paradise in every space my home offers. The house was built in late 2022 and was designed to create the perfect space for making memories with friends & family. Whether you are visiting the area to fish our amazing bays, celebrating a loved one, or just needing to get away & hang out at the beach, it’s the perfect space that can accommodate any group. No dated decor or ridiculous rules. Come hang out!

Our home is located in front of the pool area and our guests do have access to the pool and the ammenites around it, including the picnic tables, lounge chairs, and more. Our pool is open from 7am-9pm every day of the week.

Free Boat Wash on Property

There is nothing better than being able to bring the boat back to the house, unload, and then knock the saltwater off at our boat wash. Our guests can enjoy our free boat wash station in our community, 7 days a week.

Our home is what some have said is in “the perfect location”. We are located in a new community called Ocean Reef Cottages, which is just minutes away from Cove Harbor and Conn Brown Harbor. We are 10 minutes from the beautiful Rockport Beach and just 15 minutes from the Port Aransas Ferry.

New construction with modern coastal vibes. All decor and furnishings are still in like new condition. We are always adding new pieces and updating anything that shows signs of wear.

We regularly inspect the home for any issues, both inside and out. Professional pest control treatment every 90 days as well as timely repairs and upkeep.

“Let me tell you that Lindsay has thought of everything you and your family will need. My kids loved the snack basket/hot chocolate and all the sand toys so much. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook for your family. Loved coffee and flavors. We felt right at home. Pool is clean and right there. All the beds are so comfy.
